ABSTRAK
Kinerja pegawai merupakan suatu hal yang sangat penting dalam usaha organisasi untuk mencapai tujuannya,
sehingga berbagai kegiatan harus dilakukan organisasi untuk meningkatkannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk
mengetahui hubungan antara faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja petugas medis di Rumah Sakit Umum
Dr. Sismadi.Metode penelitian menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional.
Penelitian ini dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Umum Dr. Sismadi Cileungsi Bogor, dan waktu penelitian dilakukan
pada bulan Mei 2018. Populasi penelitian ini ialah seluruh petugas medis di Rumah Sakit Umum Dr. Sismadi,
dengan sampel sebanyak 89 orang petugas medis. Hasil penelitian yaitu kinerja petugas medis di Rumah Sakit
Umum Dr. Sismadi berkinerja tinggi sebanyak 64%, motivasi petugas medis tinggi sebanyak 74,2%, kepuasan
kerja petugas medis yang puas sebanyak 68,5%, imbalan tinggi yang diterima sebanyak 60,7%, dan umur
petugas medis di usia produktif sebanyak 92,1%. Sehingga didapatkan pula hasil penelitian bahwa ada
hubungan bermakna antara kinerja petugas medis dengan motivasi dengan p value 0,002, kepuasan kerja dengan
p value 0,010, imbalan dengan p value 0,000, serta umur dengan p value 0,093 namun OR 5,093. Saran untuk
Rumah Sakit Umum Dr. Sismadi agar lebih mempermudah pengadaan sarana dan prasarana, mengadakan
reward terhadap petugas yang berkinerja baik, serta lebih memperhatikan unsur kelayakan imbalan petugas
medis.

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN MOTIVATION, JOB SATISFACTION,
REWARD, AND AGE WITH THE PERFORMANCE OF THE MEDICAL
OFFICER AT THE GENERAL HOSPITAL DR. SISMADI YEAR 2018
ABSTRACT
Employee performance is a very important thing in business organizations to achieve the goal, so that the
various activities of the Organization should be done to increase it. The purpose of this research is to know the
relation between the factors – factors that affect the performance of the medical officer at the General Hospital
Dr. Sismadi. Research methods using quantitative research design with Cross Sectional approach. This
research was conducted in a general hospital Dr. Sismadi Cileungsi Bogor, and the research conducted in may
2018. The population of this research is that the whole of the medical officer at the General Hospital Dr.
Sismadi, with samples as many as 89 people medical officer. Results of the study, namely the performance of
the medical officer at the General Hospital Dr. Sismadi high performance as much as 64%, motivation high as
much as medical officer 74.2%, job satisfaction satisfied the medical officer as much as 68.5%, high rewards
earned as much as 60.7%, and aged medical officer in productive age as much as 92.1%. So obtained also the
results of research that there is a meaningful relationship between performance medical officer with 0.002 p
value with motivation, job satisfaction with p value 0.010, reward with a p value 0.000, and age with p value yet
OR 0.093 5.093. Suggestions for General Hospital Dr. Sismadi to better facilitate the procurement of facilities
and infrastructure, performing reward against officers who perform well, and pay more attention to the
elements of the feasibility of return for medical officers
